Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey (TMMT) is one of Toyota's vehicle production bases in Europe. Located in Arifiye/Sakarya - Turkey, TMMT manufactures Verso and Auris models. Majority of the production is exported to over 30 countries, which are located mainly in Europe.
TMMT, owned by Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA (%90), and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (%10), has a total investment of 1,2 Billion Euro, and currently employs around 3,000 people.
Today, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 units, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey (TMMT) is one of the ten biggest overseas manufacturing operations of Toyota, and one of the biggest manufacturing companies of Turkey.
